Each session is graded against an anchored 0–10 rubric across communication, technical depth, problem solving and an overall score. Vague or blank answers score low on purpose, so the number is usable for screening.
Yes. Institutional sponsorships grant a full EvaluLabs plan to everyone on a given email domain, with a per-cycle interview limit you set. Students sign up with their college address and the plan attaches automatically.
Yes, for enterprise invites. The camera is required. We flag no-face, multiple faces, a phone in frame, and tab switches, and store a short clip of each violation. Orgs can also watch a live camera feed while the candidate is in the round.

Yes. Agencies, colleges, and consultants can request access at /partner. After admin approval you receive a referral code and link for both enterprise and practice signups, earn 20% commission on attributed enterprise revenue, and can offer candidate discounts on practice plans. Referred organizations appear on the partner dashboard automatically, and commissions pay out within 7 days.
